Quality Tests on Potatoes produced with GEOLIFE® conducted by the National Research Council of Italy, Institute of Nutritional Science in Avellino, Italy, in 2002. The potatoes produced with the GEOLIFE® Farms treatment had 2.1 times the contents of Vitamin C, compared to the potatoes produced with the conventional chemical treatment.
